Description
HP53 is a new blend of low molecular weight polymers and highly purified paraffin with specialty additives making for reduced tissue compression, resistance and exceptional ribbon continuity.
HP53 melts uniformly at 52-54°C.
Water bath should be set between 38-42°C.
All Tek-Select paraffin products offer excellent ribboning of tissue sections, even at 2-3 microns.
Use TEK-SELECT MM for both processing and embedding with an additive-free formula. Or for high speed production, use TEK-SELECT HP53.
All IMEB paraffin products are packaged per case (Four 4.4 lb bags or buckets). Buckets can be used to dispose of used paraffin.)
